Return of the Mixtape
I just created my own mixtape at muxtape.com. You (mister dj) can upload up to twelve mp3s and the virtual casette gets a unique url for you to share with friends and foes.
For the hard ware alternative - suck.uk.com has this updated casette/usb-mixtape which is pretty nice.
